Ginger Pearles are an ideal way to take ginger. Each ONE-A-DAY pearle
has been formulated to provide a standardised amount of the active ingredients
of ginger (gingerols, shogoals, and zingerone) and provides the equivalent
of approximately 12g of fresh ginger root.

USAGE / STORAGE
INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE CHILDREN 12 YEARS & ABOVE & ADULTS: Swallow
1 pearle daily before a main meal with a glass of cold water as a supplement
to your usual diet. Do not chew or take with hot drinks. Women who are
pregnant or planning a pregnancy should consult their doctor before taking
vitamin or mineral supplements. Do not exceed the recommended intake.
